Thanks for making use of the Magi Music Zone. As you continue gaining confidence with you part, also practice singing your lines with the different recordings (ensemble, piano only, another part) and even a cappella.  Keep up the good work!

Prep Goals:

• Have your particular part melodies stuck in your in head
• Know when you’re singing and when you’re resting
• Tune into the overall dynamic of the song

And we’ll be ready to rock and make it real at rehearsal!

Thanks for a great rehearsal as we became acquainted with the scores and sang together for the first time.  I left excited, and so this is what I did to help us prepare each day for our other music rehearsal on Monday.

Enjoy the tracks in the playlists shown below. I used different instruments for your vocal lines in hopes it might help pick out your own out in the ensemble recording. The playlists include ensemble, piano only, and individual parts.

If there is a particular interval or passage that is troubling you, no stress, and it’s likely you might come up with an adjustment yourself in your time between rehearsals. Feel free to post a comment on the discussion board below or reach out to me.

At rehearsal on Monday we can focus on fine tuning, practicing, and being most awesome.
